Overview
We have been chosen as the contractor of choice to deliver 30 new homes, at Llantarnam, Cwmbran on behalf of our valued client Melin Homes. The exciting new development is currently underway and is on target to complete in October 2021.
The 30 unit residential development consists of 10 terraced houses and 20 flats which comprises of bespoke staff quarters and a lift within Block A.
The properties offered are a mix of one-bedroom apartments and two- and three-bedroom homes, which also include four adapted houses specifically designed to help tenants achieve personal independence, improving wellbeing and quality of life.
Throughout the contract we have been actively engaged with the local community to provide social benefits, apprenticeships and employment opportunities for local people. We held a ‘Meet the Contractor Event’ prior to arriving on site and offered many local businesses placements on this contract. We also employed 3 Local Apprentices who we hope will remain with us, after contract completion and progress further to other sites.
