Lansbury Rd, Merthyr

We were nominated by our client, Merthyr Valley Homes, as principal contractor, to undertake the construction of twelve affordable homes. These comprised of a mixture of two bed homes, two bed bungalows and one bed apartments.

The site was formally a community church and commercial building. The works involved the demolition initially, followed by extensive site retaining exercise and a traditionally built development. The properties are heated using low carbon heating technologies and also incorporate a sustainable drainage strategy system, to aid natural surface water processing.
