Manchester Place, Hirwaun

We have recently been nominated as main contractor to provide design and build services for this development, at the old Nidum Engineering Factory site, Hirwaun, for our client Cynon Taff Community Housing.

The site will comprise of 22 affordable homes, with a mixture of houses and apartments.

The site has a number of enabling works to undertake prior to main building works commencing, which began in Autumn 2023. These include utility diversions, Japanese Knotweed removal and ground remediation.
