Valley to Coast Housing Association
We have recently been nominated as main contractor to provide design and build services for this development, at the former care home Glanyrafon, Tondu for our client Valley to Coast.
The site will comprise of 35 affordable homes, with a mixture of houses and apartments.
The site has a number of enabling works to undertake prior to main building works commencing, which began in Spring 2024. These include demolition of the existing care home building and ground remediation.
